Open-Frame Monitore
Open-Frame Monitore sind Display-Module mit einer Interfacekarte zum Anschluss an eine Video-Quelle und /oder einen PC, jedoch ohne Gehäuse.
Die Monitore sind elektrisch komplett zum schnellen plug-and-play Einsatz. Der modulare Aufbau erlaubt eine einfache Integration in eine eigene Applikation, aber der filigrane Aufbau (Displayanschluss) und die offene Bauform der Controllerleiterplatte erfordern vorsichtigen Umgang und Erfahrung mit elektrostatisch empfindlichen Baugruppen. 
 
Neben einem Display mit gutem Kontrast und einem weiten Blickwinkel- bereich gehört eine Controllerkarte zum Lieferumfang, die den Anschluss einer Video-Quelle (FBAS) oder eines PC (VGA- Anschluss) erlaubt.
Ein Kabelsatz, bestehend aus Spannungsversorgungsanschluss, VGA-Anschluss, Videoanschluss (Cinch) und einer Platine mit Tasten zur Steuerung von Signalquellen und Bildeinstellungen über ein On-Screen-Menue (OSD) komplettiert das System.
